Hey guys, in this FAQs section we’ll cover the most common issues guys may encounter with Cumshot Editor Pro and advise you how to easily resolve them.

The first three questions have the same solution so we’ve bundled them together.

1) No editor is showing at all? (on PC)
2) The browser is downloading preloader.swf file instead of loading the editor?
3) The browser is trying to open it with different players all showing “loading 0%”?

Cumshot Editor Pro requires that you have Adobe Flash installed in order to run properly. Fortunately it’s easy to do and takes just a few minutes following this helpful guide: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html.

4) No editor is showing at all? (on Mobile)

The editor is compatible with Mobile Phones and Tablets but you will have to semi-manually install Adobe Flash yourself (as it’s not inherently supported in their browsers). A quick guide how to do it – CLICK.

Additionally, some bugs for certain OS / Device combinations are possible, such as inability to resize the watermark. If that happens be sure to explore other browsers / combinations.

5) I can’t save photos, I click save but nothing happens?

That’s a relatively rare bug (currently under 0.1%) but we’ve had several reports of it. It seems it comes as a consequence of a very specific OS / Browser / (Unknown Third Factor) combination we’re currently investigating in an attempt to completely resolve it.

Fortunately, it’s easily fixable. The solution could be as simple as turning off incognito / private browsing mode as it’s been shown to be the cause in over 60% of these rare cases. If that doesn’t help, as the browser is one of the factors in this bug, all that’s usually needed to resolve it is to change the browser you’re using for editing (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, Edge). Of course, you’d also have to make sure you have the latest Browser and Adobe Flash versions.

Internet Explorer is known to reliably resolve the issue as reported by 100% of the follow ups.

You may also check your Windows folder options and make sure there are no hidden file extensions.

If your problem is more specific and is not on this list be sure to let us know (support@cumshoteditor.com). We’ll do everything in our power to investigate further and resolve it for you.
